With 33 years of experience in the automotive and supplier industry, including 12 years in complete vehicle production and over 21 years in leadership roles within the automotive components industry. Since 2019, serving as a member of the European Management Team at Magna International, responsible for the areas of Quality, Process Optimization, Production System, Sustainability & Project Management and therefore the main contact for main European customers at top management level.

Proven track record in restructuring underperforming divisions and ramping up complex international projects. Strong leadership in managing global teams, making well-founded decisions and implementing them on a global base are further strengths of my personality.​​​
In addition, I have represented Magna International for over 10 years in the Quality Committee of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA QMC), where all VDA quality standards are defined. I also served for more than 5 years as a member of the VDA Committee for Production, Logistic & Aftermarket, maintaining direct contact with the top management of the German automotive industry.
